**Retail Sales Associate**
Retail Sales Associates play a crucial role in offering knowledgeable automotive guidance and assisting customers in identifying the appropriate parts for their requirements. They are also tasked with managing store inventory and fostering a welcoming and informed retail atmosphere. Applicants should be at least 16 years old and should be able to lift and transport merchandise. A flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends is necessary, and a foundational understanding of automotive subjects is advantageous.
