**Job Title: Senior Lead Maintenance Technician**
The Senior Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for guiding a team of technicians in diagnosing and fixing intricate mechanical, electrical, and facility systems. This role involves organizing preventive maintenance tasks, upholding safety regulations, and providing mentorship to staff in order to enhance equipment availability. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position. A high school diploma is essential, and candidates must demonstrate robust technical expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems.
