The Land Surveyor Technician will carry out boundary evaluations, easement assessments, and title examinations, alongside conducting construction staking activities. This position also includes creating 3D models and developing road alignments for a range of utility and infrastructure initiatives. Applicants are required to have a Professional Land Surveying License in Missouri and either a high school diploma or G.E.D. Ideally, candidates should have at least 5 years of pertinent experience and be skilled in using Trimble surveying tools.
