Job Summary
The Back Office Technician plays a crucial role in providing patient care alongside conducting laboratory tasks while supporting physicians during ocular examinations and treatments.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient care during ocular assessments and treatments.
- Conduct laboratory duties including administrative tasks related to patient history and documentation.
- Perform diagnostic tests as required.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sterility of examination rooms.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with appropriate insurance is necessary.
- Experience in the ophthalmic or optometric fields is preferred.
- Certification as an Ophthalmic Technician or Assistant is an advantage.
