**Leasing Manager**
The Leasing Manager directs the leasing team in meeting property marketing and leasing targets while fostering strong resident relationships. Key responsibilities include supervising staff development, handling lease renewals, and upholding exceptional customer service and community presence. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience, ideally with four years in leasing and two years in a leadership position. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software, and should be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
