**Beauty Advisor**
The Beauty Advisor enhances sales by delivering tailored product suggestions, executing makeup and skincare applications, and fostering enduring relationships with clients. This position also involves upholding store cleanliness, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines, and performing operational duties to guarantee a smooth customer journey. Applicants should possess a genuine enthusiasm for the beauty sector, strong communication abilities, and be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. The role demands physical agility to navigate the store and the capacity to lift a minimum of 40 lbs, as well as any required state-specific cosmetology or demonstrator certifications.
