The Beauty Advisor is instrumental in boosting sales and fostering customer loyalty by offering customized consultations, product applications, and individualized recommendations. Responsibilities also include upholding cleanliness standards in the store, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines, and executing promotional events to enhance store performance. Ideal candidates should possess a strong enthusiasm for the beauty sector, along with the capability to perform makeup and skincare treatments. This position necessitates physical endurance to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs, proficiency with technology, and the flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
