Job description
The Property Manager plays a key role in evaluating customer storage requirements, marketing products, and conducting regular inspections of the facility. Administrative responsibilities include auditing cash registers, processing bank deposits, and overseeing customer transactions. Ideal candidates should possess a background in customer service-related sales fields, such as retail or food service. A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for travel between different work sites are necessary.
