**Job Title: Beauty Advisor**
The Beauty Advisor offers tailored consultations and expert suggestions on products to boost sales and improve client confidence. Additionally, they play a key role in ensuring the store remains organized, clean, and inviting while assisting with inventory management and visual merchandising duties. Ideal candidates should possess prior experience in retail, hospitality, or any client-oriented roles and demonstrate strong communication skills. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and candidates must be open to working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
