The Beauty Advisor plays a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and executing product demonstrations. Responsibilities also encompass overseeing store operations, which include restocking products, ensuring the store is tidy, and aiding customers during their purchases. Ideal candidates will possess a strong enthusiasm for the beauty sector and a minimum of one year of related experience. A high school diploma is preferred, along with a willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
