The Parts Sales Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the sales performance of the store and cultivating a high-achieving team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service. This position encompasses operational management, team growth, and the implementation of store management responsibilities as directed by the Store Manager. Ideal candidates will exhibit excellent leadership abilities, sound decision-making skills, and a willingness to work a comprehensive full-time schedule that includes evenings and weekends. A background in automotive retail and ASE certification are advantageous for applicants interested in this role.
