Job description
**Job Title: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist**
In this role, you will design and execute Applied Behavior Analysis programs tailored for young individuals with developmental disabilities, either in their homes or within community environments. Your responsibilities will include delivering one-on-one therapy sessions, monitoring client advancement, and assisting in the enhancement of communication and social abilities. Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities and must hold a valid driver’s license. A Bachelor’s degree along with Registered Behavioral Technician certification is highly desirable.
