Job Summary
The RN Day Shift position is designed for a skilled registered nurse to provide exceptional care to patients during the daytime hours. Responsibilities
- Administer nursing care based on established protocols and the needs of patients.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Facilitate communication between patients and their families regarding care plans and health status.
- Participate in patient assessments and contribute to care planning.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and care options.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Experience in a clinical setting, preferably within the relevant specialty.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Knowledge of current nursing practices and procedures.
