Job Summary
The RN Day Shift role is integral to providing high-quality patient care during daytime hours. This position focuses on delivering clinical excellence and supporting patients’ diverse needs in a healthcare setting. The Registered Nurse will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes while fostering a compassionate environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer nursing care to patients, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Assess patients’ health status and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Coordinate with medical staff to develop and revise individual care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and wellness practices.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care activities.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives within the healthcare facility.
Qualifications
- Current and valid nursing license (RN) in the state of practice.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent education and experience.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with electronic medical records.
