**Job Title: Behavioral Health Associate**
The Behavioral Health Associate is responsible for delivering personal care services and ensuring a secure, organized environment for patients while operating under the guidance of clinical leadership. Key responsibilities include performing safety inspections, recording clinical data, and leading rehabilitative group sessions. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and must either hold or be willing to acquire certifications in CPR, de-escalation techniques, and restraint methods. Experience with this particular patient demographic is highly desirable.
