**Job Title:** Residential Support Worker
The Residential Support Worker plays a crucial role in aiding residents with their everyday activities, overseeing medication adherence, and providing crisis support to promote a secure and drug-free living space. This position also involves keeping accurate client documentation and organizing recreational events while offering ongoing supervision. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED along with a valid driver’s license and up-to-date insurance. Additionally, applicants must have a minimum of two years of personal recovery experience and some background in mental health or substance abuse treatment.
