**Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician**

Key responsibilities encompass creating detailed assessments, formulating discharge plans, and ensuring precise documentation for resident management. Applicants are required to have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related discipline and must possess a current CNA license. Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative approach in a healthcare setting are essential.
