**Job Title: Behavioral Healthcare Technician**
The Behavioral Healthcare Technician is responsible for delivering hands-on care, overseeing patient health, and aiding individuals with daily living activities within a residential environment. This role includes collaborating with the clinical team in crisis situations, administering medications, and ensuring a secure and therapeutic space. Applicants are required to possess a High School Diploma or GED along with robust communication and leadership abilities. Candidates with certifications in Medical Assisting or CNA, as well as two years of experience in a behavioral health or medical setting, will be given preference.
