The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will deliver hands-on medical care to infants, children, and adolescents with complex health needs in both home and facility environments. Key duties encompass carrying out patient evaluations, administering treatments and medications, and collaborating with families and healthcare providers regarding care plans. Applicants are required to have an active LPN license in Florida and a current CPR certification. This position necessitates the capability to work autonomously and perform physical activities, including lifting and bending.
