**Job Title: Behavioral Health Patient Care Assistant**
Responsibilities include delivering direct care to patients with behavioral health needs and supporting them in their daily living activities. You will be responsible for monitoring and documenting patient behaviors, as well as communicating any changes to the treatment plan. Candidates should possess a high school diploma coupled with pertinent experience or hold an associate’s or technical degree. It is mandatory to acquire Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within the first 30 days of employment.
