**Job Title: Patient Access Representative**
The Patient Access Representative acts as the initial contact for patients, overseeing the check-in procedure and collecting precise demographic and insurance details. This role involves working closely with clinical teams to facilitate smooth patient movement while offering empathetic assistance in a high-energy emergency department setting. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and show exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities. Additionally, the position demands strong multitasking skills in a dynamic environment and the capability to successfully complete background checks, drug screenings, and vaccination requirements.
