The hand therapist provides direct patient services, which encompass conducting initial assessments, developing treatment plans, and creating both static and dynamic splints. Additionally, they are tasked with recording patient progress, conducting ergonomic evaluations, and overseeing the work of clinical staff and students. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in physical or occupational therapy, along with 2 to 3 years of pertinent experience. A valid OTL license and CHT certification are mandatory for this role.
