**Position: Customer Service Representative**
In this role, you will manage customer orders, suggest products, and address account questions through phone, email, and chat channels. You will aid customers in navigating the website and deliver outstanding service by pinpointing efficient solutions to meet their business requirements. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, while a bachelor’s degree is favored. Candidates should be fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
