The Paralegal will be responsible for preparing and classifying family law documents, including pleadings, discovery materials, and financial disclosures while overseeing case files and compliance with deadlines. This role involves providing empathetic communication to clients in both Spanish and English, as well as supporting attorneys in the preparation for hearings and trials. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in Florida family law and must be fluent in Spanish and English. Familiarity with legal case management software and an understanding of Florida court filing processes are essential.
