Job description
**Banker**
The banker will assist in sourcing, structuring, and finalizing renewable energy sale-leaseback agreements while overseeing relationships with sponsors and developers. Key responsibilities include leading due diligence for transactions, developing lucrative proposals, and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to ensure effective deal execution. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project finance, tax equity, or renewable energy banking. A thorough knowledge of IRC Section 48 investment tax credits and proficiency in financial modeling are essential.
