The Insurance Agent plays a crucial role in fostering sales growth by actively seeking new clients and nurturing ongoing relationships with current customers. This position requires meticulous record-keeping of transactions and offering knowledgeable advice to clients concerning their insurance needs. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and preference will be given to those who hold a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license. A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory, along with a proactive mindset and the capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
