Job description
Job Summary
The BIM Designer will take charge of developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for a variety of projects, utilizing advanced software tools to enhance workflows and ensure effective design communication. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals while adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for diverse projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in BIM execution.
- Provide technical support and training to project team members on BIM processes.
- Conduct regular model audits to check for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with BIM software, such as Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of building systems, design principles, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Attention to detail with a strong problem-solving orientation.
