Job Summary
The BIM Designer plays a crucial role in the development and implementation of Building Information Models (BIM) for various projects. This position is focused on enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of project designs through advanced digital modeling and collaborative processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed BIM models that meet project specifications.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure model integrity and data consistency.
- Support project teams with BIM-related tools and methodologies.
- Review and analyze design data to facilitate effective project execution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM technologies and industry standards.
- Assist in training staff on BIM practices and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit.
- Strong understanding of design principles and construction practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
