Job description
Job Summary
The BIM Designer will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems within various projects in Sterling. This role emphasizes collaboration with engineering and architectural teams to ensure the integration of advanced technologies and methodologies in design processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to support design and planning phases.
- Ensure compliance with project standards and guidelines related to BIM.
- Assist in the coordination of model reviews and clash detection processes.
- Provide training and support for team members on BIM tools and techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
- Experience with project management and deliverable timelines.
