Job Summary
The BIM Designer is responsible for creating and managing building information models to support project development and execution. This role involves collaborating with various disciplines to ensure that the BIM processes are effectively implemented, facilitating communication and information sharing across teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed BIM models for various construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and compliance.
- Maintain and update models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project teams with clash detection and resolution tasks.
- Participate in project meetings to provide insights on BIM-related issues and progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of building design and construction processes.
- Experience with 3D modeling and visualization techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
