Job Summary
The BIM Designer plays a crucial role in improving project workflows by utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies. This position is essential for creating architectural designs that align with project specifications and client expectations. The designer will collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate representation and integration of architectural elements.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D models and drawings using BIM software.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design coherence and accuracy.
- Prepare and modify architectural layouts that comply with project requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of BIM standards and best practices.
- Participate in project meetings to provide updates on design progress.
Qualifications
- Proficient in BIM software, such as Revit or AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with construction documents and project specifications is a plus.
