Job description
**Site Supervisor**
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the blacksmith shop, managing work tasks, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols. This role includes guiding team members, addressing maintenance challenges, and using CAD software for designing and planning projects. Applicants should possess 3-5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing, alongside 1-3+ years of experience in CAD/design. Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is essential, with a preference for candidates with backgrounds in blacksmithing, fabrication, or welding.
