The Blending Operator is tasked with managing blending machinery to create refractory metal powder mixtures that align with engineering specifications. Responsibilities include guaranteeing product quality, keeping precise production records, and conducting regular maintenance on equipment. The preferred candidate will possess over 2 years of experience in manufacturing or machine operation and hold a high school diploma or GED. Essential skills include the ability to adhere to detailed work instructions, fundamental math competencies, and familiarity with material handling equipment.
