**Senior Configuration Management Engineer**
The Senior Configuration Management Engineer is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring the precision and dependability of data throughout the IT environment. This role involves creating automated workflows and dashboards that enhance IT operations and facilitate informed decision-making at the executive level. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry. Expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and hands-on coding experience in languages such as Python or PowerShell are essential.
