Job description
**Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst**
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will be tasked with designing and executing ABA-oriented programs and behavior intervention strategies for clients with disabilities. This role also includes performing behavioral evaluations, offering training to staff, and overseeing a caseload while ensuring clinical documentation is precise and up-to-date. Applicants should possess an advanced degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline and must have a current BCBA certification. A minimum of five years of hands-on experience is necessary, along with a valid driver’s license and the capacity to clear a background investigation.
