Job Summary
The Boat Buyer plays a pivotal role in acquiring, evaluating, and negotiating the purchase of pre-owned boats, ensuring that inventory levels are adequately maintained. This position also involves managing the necessary documentation, overseeing quality assurance, and working closely with sales teams to enhance resale opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and inspecting pre-owned boats to assess quality and value.
- Negotiating purchase agreements to ensure favorable terms for the company.
- Maintaining accurate documentation related to boat acquisitions.
- Collaborating with sales teams to support the resale process effectively.
- Ensuring quality control standards are met for all acquired boats.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in marine sales or the boat acquisition field.
