Job description
The Branch Manager plays a crucial role in guiding the team, overseeing the vehicle fleet, and managing operational activities to promote effective workflows. This position also involves driving sales initiatives, overseeing budget management, and fostering a high-quality customer service atmosphere across various branches. Ideal candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and customer service, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. Additionally, applicants must be legally permitted to work in the United States and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
