Job Summary
The Branch Manager is tasked with overseeing the complete functionality of the branch, with a focus on enhancing deposits and investments, streamlining operations, and mentoring the staff to achieve optimum performance. This role emphasizes the importance of cultivating a friendly atmosphere, establishing strong client connections, and maintaining an effective risk management and control framework.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the growth of deposits and investments within the branch.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in management or retail banking.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualifications required.
- Availability to work branch hours, which may include weekends and evenings.
- Successful completion of the Branch Manager Training Program is mandatory.
