The Brand Specialist will assist customers throughout the vehicle buying journey by offering in-depth product knowledge, facilitating test drives, and ensuring a steady flow of guests. This role focuses on creating a clear and stress-free experience while striving to achieve monthly sales goals and upholding excellent guest satisfaction ratings. Ideal candidates will prioritize relationship-building, possess exceptional communication abilities, and exhibit a true hospitality attitude. While previous experience in automotive sales is advantageous, applicants from luxury hospitality, upscale retail, or financial services backgrounds are welcome to apply.
