Job Summary
This position involves assessing the performance of AI model outputs and conducting systematic audits to guarantee high-quality and organized data specifically for speech and voice AI systems. You will also play a key role in enhancing evaluation frameworks and meticulously documenting your observations to elevate quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate outputs from AI models to ensure they meet quality benchmarks.
- Conduct thorough audit-based reviews of data for speech and voice AI systems.
- Contribute to the enhancement of evaluation frameworks.
- Document findings to assist in refining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese.
- Minimum of one year of experience in data labeling or possess a relevant bachelor’s degree.
- Able to work onsite in designated U.S. cities.
- Strong attention to detail.
