Job Summary
The NPT Project Manager (PM) is tasked with overseeing New Product Introduction (NPI) build planning, material forecasting, and ensuring logistics readiness for engineering development builds. This role also includes the management of budgets, procurement processes, and the organization of Bills of Materials in partnership with various cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning activities for NPI builds to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Forecast material needs to support engineering development initiatives.
- Ensure readiness of logistics to facilitate project timelines.
- Oversee budget management and procurement efforts to align with project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure Bills of Materials effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supply chain or project management.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Numbers for data management and analysis.
- Demonstrated critical thinking abilities to solve complex challenges.
