Job description
The Brewhouse Brewer plays a key role in utilizing brewing machinery and overseeing the complete process, starting from the reception of raw materials to the production of finished wort. This position includes supervising yeast propagation, conducting regular quality assessments, and ensuring equipment maintenance. Applicants should be able to stand for long durations and lift weights of up to 55 lbs, showcasing excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. While not mandatory, a background of 2-3 years in brewing or a degree in Brewing Science is advantageous.
