The Broker Assistant is responsible for delivering administrative and customer service support to automotive brokers during the vehicle purchasing and delivery phases. Key duties involve facilitating customer interactions, organizing vehicle paperwork, and monitoring transaction specifics to promote a seamless experience. The perfect candidate will have excellent organizational capabilities, a keen eye for detail, and effective communication skills. Prior experience in administrative roles, sales support, or the automotive industry is advantageous, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
