**Job Title: Employment Specialist**
The Employment Specialist is responsible for designing and executing personalized career strategies aimed at helping clients achieve and maintain employment. This role includes overseeing Job Coaches, cultivating business partnerships, and offering continuous support to facilitate successful job placements. A high school diploma is mandatory, while some college education is desirable. Previous experience is not required. Applicants must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and must be able to successfully complete a level 2 background check.
