The Building and Facilities Technician plays a crucial role in the regular inspection, maintenance, and repair of park facilities, which encompass buildings, swimming pools, and various attractions. It is essential for this individual to ensure that all equipment functions safely while upholding cleanliness and order in both shop and pump rooms. Applicants should be at least 18 years old and able to engage in physical tasks, including lifting weights of up to 50 pounds, as well as working in diverse outdoor weather conditions. A preferred qualification includes a minimum of 2 years of documented experience in areas such as building maintenance, HVAC systems, plumbing, or electrical services.
