Job description
The estimator plays a crucial role in generating precise cost assessments and proposals by analyzing blueprints, collecting site information, and collaborating with subcontractors. Responsibilities include managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), conducting risk evaluations, and fostering relationships with vendors to support project profitability. Applicants should be skilled in Xactimate, and have strong analytical, mathematical, and communication abilities. Previous experience in construction estimation is essential, and obtaining a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) designation is an advantageous qualification.
