**Building Operations Director**
The Building Operations Director is tasked with overseeing the infrastructure, upkeep, and operational guidelines of the Animal Care and Rescue Center. This position includes managing capital projects, budgeting, overseeing life support systems, and coordinating emergency responses. Applicants should possess a minimum of eight years of experience in facilities maintenance or life support management, along with supervisory experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the capability to manage intricate operations in a 24/7 setting, are essential for this role.
