**Superintendent**
The Superintendent will oversee daily field operations, which involves managing subcontractors, upholding project timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. This role includes coordinating various trades, keeping thorough records of jobsite activities, and managing the project closeout and commissioning processes. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a solid understanding of key trades and construction documentation. The position necessitates extensive travel across the country and requires expertise in construction technology and project management.
