The Business Banker is responsible for generating new loan and deposit business while managing relationships with existing clients through service and support. They also conduct credit analysis, structure loan requests, and collaborate with bank partners to cross-sell products and services. Candidates must have at least 3 years of related bank lending sales experience and a high school diploma or GED. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance with additional credit analysis experience is preferred.
