Job Summary
The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing Team Wendy’s brand visibility and revenue within the defense and law enforcement sectors across Europe. This position focuses on managing the regional opportunity pipeline, engaging in procurement processes, and establishing enduring partnerships with NATO as well as national government representatives.
Responsibilities
- Grow brand presence and revenue in European defense and law enforcement markets.
- Oversee the regional opportunity pipeline for potential projects.
- Influence and manage procurement cycles effectively.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including NATO and governmental entities.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the defense, military, or law enforcement fields.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
- Strong grasp of international defense procurement procedures and compliance regulations.
