Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Representative:
- Prospect for and identify potential clients to cultivate a culture that draws them to engage with Hunter for our STEM-focused recruiting services.
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients utilizing various communication methods, with a focus on phone interactions.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships by employing a consultative approach and fulfilling commitments.
- Drive sales growth through the acquisition of qualified hiring contracts.
- Collaborate with Hunter’s Recruiting and Account Management teams to optimize client relationships.
- Achieve and surpass established objectives, goals, and deliverables set by management through accurate sales tracking and data entry in the CRM system.
Qualifications for the Business Development Representative:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Finance, Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 to 3 years of proven sales success in B2B settings, particularly in fast-paced and mission-oriented environments.
- A sincere enthusiasm for Hunter’s mission, which focuses on connecting clients with top-tier talent within their industries.
- Strong relationship-building skills aligned with Hunter’s core values (Harmony, Integrity, Respect, Excellence) demonstrating excellent communication and customer service aptitude.
